Product Description This up-to-date, best-selling book focuses on how the legal environment impacts business decisions. It fully integrates the AACSB curriculum standards with extensive international, ethical and critical thinking examples throughout. Cheeseman examines how the current legal environment, government regulation, and e-commerce environment impact today's business decisions. The cases are cutting edge, exciting, and engaging, and the reasoning of each case is presented in the language of the court. A seven-part organization covers the legal and ethical environment, domestic and international law, traditional contracts and electronic commerce, agency and business organizations, employment and equal opportunity law, regulatory environment, and property and bankruptcy. | Customer Reviews:
business law book November 9, 2008 Harvey L. Craig (No. Brunswick, NJ) I ordered the Legal Environment of Business & Online Commerce. I ordered it around the first few days of Oct. My book arrived on 16 Oct the day my class started. It was in great condition and this confirmed that I would order through Amazon online again. The price was reasonable.
Too many typos July 11, 2008 Moonaluna (United States) I like this book but, as I'm reading and studying it for my business law class, I'm perturbed to be running across too many misspelled words. The text itself is excellent, well presented and easy to comprehend. The typos, however, detract from the quality of the book, hence the three star review. Maybe an editor will make the necessary corrections before a new edition is published.

I am completely satisfied with the condition of the book and the length of time I received it.
