WOW in the worst way possible. When we order books for school, we expect prompt arrival. From now on I will never purchase from the seller because of such a horrible first impression she gave, which is lateness. She offered to get me the book almost a week after the horrific 3 week time period. Don't order from this merchant - you will only get guaranteed dissatisfaction. You've been cautioned!

After my business communications class ends, I will keep this book as a reference - a great reference for all types of business communications: resumes, memos, emails, letters, formal reports, and presentations. Includes handy sections on confusing words, difficult punctuation, proper formatting, and more. A well written and well organized text.
