The Fabjob guide was the first book I ever read about becoming an Image Consultant. Every page in the book is useful. It is well organized, well written, very accurate and authoritative.
The contributors are experts in the field. I use it often as a reference source.

Easy read, great resources and very knowledgeable about getting started. I LOVE this book and feel comfortable going out on my own with what I've read. I have been in the retail industry for 15+ years so topics discussed made sense!!

This book was helpful. Not exactly bubbling over with information but it does give a good insight into what it takes to be an image consultant. I really appreciated the information on training programs and supplies that the book offers. This book seems to give a very basic look at this industry that most people already interested in this career might already know. Such as...image is important. Overall this book is a good read, and a great place to start for a person very new to this business, also there are so few books about this topic that it is just nice there is a book to let people get their feet wet.
