5 out of 5 stars Gran lectura para los Procastinadores!!!   July 24, 2010
Cesar Dulong (Mexico D.F)
Excelente lectura para la gente que retarda todo hasta el último minuto para después fallar!!!

5 out of 5 stars Must read for procrastinators!   July 1, 2010
Jessica James (Aiea, HI)
I was surprised to learn that I was already employing most of the strategies in this book, but then I am not a procrastinator. My husband and daughter, on the other hand are! This book gave me insight into my husband's and daughters daily thought life and showed me how to get out of the way. They both love this book, have highlighted it and keep it on hand as a reference. (They have also found the confidence to tell me when to butt out!) They've recommended this book to others as well.

5 out of 5 stars Guilt-Free Life   June 24, 2010
J. L. Perez (San Juan, PR)
The doctor describes with great accuracy what happened in our life when we are inmerse in our daily responsibilities without proper balance. This book is excellent for workaholics, burn-out people and for those who wants more free time and be more productive. This is a paradox, however he provided some good cases to demonstrate his point.

4 out of 5 stars Useful, makes you think   April 30, 2010

Like all self-help books, to a large extent, it reinforces a lot of what you already instinctively know. The style of writing is not as smooth as that of a Steven Covey but is engaging nevertheless. I found the book a useful read in helping me recognize and deal with occasional procrastination, especially in being sure to break a task down into small, manageable bit-sized pieces that are more easily digestible.

5 out of 5 stars Yes, this one!   April 6, 2010

This book quite simply has changed my life in a very positive way. I know this will sound fantastic, but, listening to this audiobook was like suddenly being given the key to the door to success on projects big and small. Really. I could not figure out why I seemed almost paralyzed when confronted with projects. Why, I'd always wondered, was I so unable to move forward??? Well, now, thanks to this brilliant author, I know what was holding me back !!! Sometimes, we can unwittingly be our own biggest critic and judge. We do this by the way we think about the job or project at hand. We self talk ourselves out of even trying, sometimes!!! Dr. Fiore taught me how to change that and since listening to this book 2 weeks ago, I have completed one truly enormous project for which there was a deadline. My family was astounded, and, quite honestly, so was I - That something I had wanted to do, had been planning and dreaming about .... was DONE as I wanted it to be done!!! I have given a copy of this book to each of my sons. I believe anyone who wrestles with procrastination will benefit from reading (or LISTENING) to this book!!! Best wishes for YOUR success!
