| Editorial Reviews:
Amazon.com Review Albert Taylor gives us his honest and very personal account of how he escaped his nightly fears of sleep paralysis to soar consciously through the astral plane. Some call this astral travel, or an out-of-body experience, but Taylor calls it "soul travel." His term eloquently embodies his philosophy that we are actually powerful, spiritual beings in the midst of a human experience, rather than human beings having minor spiritual experiences. Despite Taylor's background as a NASA engineer, Soul Traveler is far from a technical manual. Reading it is like having an engaging conversation about astral travel with a friend. Along with some simple advice for inducing and controlling our own out-of-body experiences, Taylor shares the encouraging insights about the spiritual nature of human beings that he has gleaned from a remarkable experience he once viewed as an affliction. --Brian Patterson

Can they offer us proof of life after death?

A short exciting book April 20, 2010 Ozzy (Bucharest, Romania) You can read this little gem in under 3 hours. It covers the experiences of Albert Taylor - NASA engineer. This is another perspective from the early years into astral projection. If you like reading all sorts of books on OBE to keep your mind in the proper mindset to have the same experience then this is for you. It doesn't have techniques although some general ideas are given in the last chapter of the book. They are mainly based from occult knowledge before there was all these books that you can know access easily over the internet.
If you want to start on this amazing journey you can start off with this book.
Very Simplistic March 17, 2010 Las Vegas, This book was an easy read and Very Simplistic. If you have absolutely No knowedge of Out of Body Experiences you may find it interesting. If you have some or a lot of information already, you will not find anything interesting in this book. I found it to be too simplistic and boring. Your better off spending your money on a book by Robert Monroe or William Buhlman.
An OBE Primer September 16, 2009 Cateyes (west lafayette IN) Albert Taylor's Soul Traveler is a light read - it's short and doesn't really go in depth much. Nonetheless it's an enjoyable read of one man's experiences with out of body travel. If you are familiar with OBE this book won't really offer any new insights. I was a bit surprised the book is so short... I think it would have been more interesting if Taylor had detailed his experiences more thoroughly, including how the part of his life that concerned OBE interfaced with his life of a NASA scientist. Or his personal and family life. He mentions his wife many times, but never her reaction to his night time adventures. A more fully fleshed out story and book would have been more interesting to read. As it is, this is like a primer on OBE - okay for what it is, but without much impact once you close the last page.
Soul Traveler by A. Taylor July 26, 2008 Love Light If you dream.. you will know his words as truth. This book answers questions unanswered. He can guide you to travel. With patience you will see. This is one of the most honest experiences you will know. Excellent for those seeking LIGHT.
I feel less crazy now... March 16, 2008 kkatblue (Lakeside, CA) Last week, I heard a brief interview on the radio of Albert Taylor. When he described his background, and experiences, I knew I had to get this book. When it arrived, I read it cover to cover and am so relieved to know that I'm not the only one who has had these inexplicably intense experiences. Though while Mr. Taylor embraced his gifts, I strove to block and eradicate them out of fear. As a result of reading his book, I'm now open to allowing spiritual experience back into my life, and am no longer afraid. Thank you, Mr. Taylor!!!
