Never received it!September 28, 2008 Tatiana Blanco-bertolo I never received this product. I contacted the seller and she said that she emailed me and Amazon explaining that her car was burglarized and her textbooks were stolen. She canceled the order but the money was still taking out of my account. I contacted Amazon last week and I'm waiting to hear back!
Not really newSeptember 25, 2008 M. McCarty Though I received the book in the alotted time, the corners were bent and there was a HUGE scratch on the front cover. It looked like a utility knife went to it. I was disappointed that I thought I was getting a new book, but it was not the case.
Excellent Text BookSeptember 15, 2008 Annette M. Dombrowski(Onaway, Michigan USA) This product came in excellent condition. The text is very well written and in an interesting format. The questions at the end of each chapter are great and in cronological order with the chapter for ease of learning. I would reccomend this text to any student of public relations!
