5 out of 5 stars Self-Discipline in 10 days   October 20, 2008

This book is a great tool for getting things done. It took me longer than 10 days only because of my very busy schedule so I followed the book and exercises when I could. Otherwise, anyone else looking for some help...I highly recommend this book!

5 out of 5 stars Excellent booklet   October 17, 2008

I threw out all of my selfhelp books and replaced it by this title. It is short, concise, to the point...and it works (at least for me). I do not need any other fluff self help books anymore. Life is simple, I am making it complicated. I learned this from this book.

And the way he presents the use of affirmations really does work! I was allergic for the term affirmation (tried to use it before) but in his way it really works; pure magic for me.

Precise, concrete and effective. And what I really like about the book is that it doesn't contain worthless banal verbiage to fill the pages.

This is an awesome book. It explains how human nature exists in all of us an how to recognize and control your inner self discipline. I'm only on page 50 and have learned tools that are already working. Spend the extra money to get this book, it's worth the money and then some !!

I thought the book was a little silly. I got a few good concepts that were explained well that I can use with my trainees.
