Sales Scripts that Sell March 18, 2008 T. Bonds (Southaven, MS USA) Sales Scripts That Sell Some of these scripts may seem old-hand, but I prefer to call them tested and true. Any salesperson that's reading this book can see that the wording of these scripts are to spark the imagination to come up with their own verbage when selling a customer. There are no scripts that I have ever come across that should actually be used word for word, because there are no two people or scenerios that are the same. This book is a GREAT supply of scripts that we, as sales-people, should keep in the back of our minds, because these scripts will come in handy when we can't find those perfect words we need to get the job done. These scripts work.

One star summary September 1, 1998 Shawn Neville (Grand Rapids, Michigan) 7 out of 9 found this review helpful
An average sales book with "old school" scripts. The outline, or format, of some of the scripts are strong and can be forged into usable stuff.Example of what I mean: The "Don't Interest You" Script: "How is it possible that saving money and saving time don't interest you? Wouldn't doing both make your business stronger?" page 43.
I Got Great Ideas from this Book! March 31, 1998 5 out of 6 found this review helpful
This book provided great scripts that can easily be integrated into our selling process. I especially found the section on "Overcoming Objections" relevant and useful. Our company sells service; not a product and the scripts were very applicable to our business even though we do not offer a "product".
