This book is a nice read for getting back to the basics of what customer service really means. It was an easy read, and found my self laughing out loud at many of the stories. Most of the concepts and theories behind customer service are so basic, but points to the fact that in America we are a poor providers of true customer service. Even worse, consumers just accept it. I recommend this book to anyone who wants to learn what true customer service is about.
