3 out of 5 stars useful and interesting information, but wrapped up in boredom   April 17, 2008

This book has plenty of good information on customer service and would definitely help you improve serving customers if you are working in the field, but could get quite boring and dry. Entire chapters are presented in a bullets & numbers style which can be really annoying.
