Well worth the time and money! November 6, 2008 Cuandoman (Clearwater, FL) As an Industrial Engineering student at USF, I minored in business. I took the management course and was very impressed with this book. The best testament to this text I can give: It's one of the only books I've ever read that I read from cover to cover in one sitting. Keep in mind it was a required textbook for me. The points are made in a friendly, conversational, and entertaining tone.
Phenomenal book from a phenomenal professor September 28, 2008 T. K. Junior This is one book I won't be selling back when the semester ends. It is entertaining and useful. The focus of this book is a little off from the traditional time management genre. Instead of teaching you how to better organize your use of time, Karlins tells you how to make the most of the time you have. After all, what is the point of being perfectly organized and wasting no time when you hate every second of it?
Read this book April 27, 2005 Patrick J. Burley (University of South Florida) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
And if you take his course at the University of South Florida, it is required material. I passed this book along to a dear friend of mine and he learned several valuable lessons from the twelve chapters featured in this concise and pertinent book. Dr. Marvin Karlins's words leap off the pages! Enjoy.
A book to give to Type A's. June 20, 2004 This book explains a variety of ways to eliminate the stresses in life that can damage one's health and otherwise reduce the quality of one's life. It may be useful to those who feel generally stressed out but can't seem to identify how to control that stress. The writing attempts to be witty, but falls a bit short in places. It's a pretty quick read, so it may be possible to get some Type A's to sit down and actually read it.

i rally cant put this book down its amazing it really helps you understand the things in life u need to. it helps you better manage your time to make it positive rather then negative because somtimes you're not realizing it but you're spending more time tryingto make a better life than actually having one its just an over all great book and it really helps you manage your time.
