The first half of this book was excellent, with a lot of insight into what makes us tick as optimists or pessimists, and simple ways to improve our thoughts and interactions. But then she gets a little mystical, stopping just short of chanting to get what we want. She talks nutrition, but offers only her opinion, which reflects little study in this area. No references, no index. Uses her singular experiences of selling a house, then visiting the dentist, as 'proof' of her mind magic ideas. Not exactly a scientific approach. Her basic psychology is her strength. If I hadn't finished the book I would have liked it better.

Wow!
Communication is 7% verbal, 38% tonal, and 55% body language. In a world of texting and email as the primary mode of communication, no wonder so much gets lost in translation and interpretation.
Yvonne's book will change your way of looking at communication and approaching life overall.
